01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rk365 ("we", "us", "rk365", "the Platform"), an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting operator. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the rk365 website at rk365.vip, including but not limited to account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in casino games, sports betting, bonuses, promotions, and all associated services.

rk365 operates under a valid international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority. As a licensed operator, rk365 is legally required to enforce these Terms and to uphold standards of player protection, game fairness, and responsible gambling as mandated by its licensing conditions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. 02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use rk365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, whether initiated voluntarily through rk365 or imposed by any regulatory authority.
• Own Identity: You must register and play using your own true identity. You may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's payment method without their explicit consent.

rk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill for proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rk365 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features on rk365, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. rk365 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and discourages the sharing of login credentials with any third party. rk365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

• You must not share your rk365 account login with any other person.
• You must notify rk365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• rk365 reserves the right to require additional security verification steps, including two-factor authentication, at its sole discretion.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity, except in cases of verified platform-side error.

rk365 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

rk365 operates a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) native wallet. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated and processed in PKR unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other payment methods made available from time to time in the rk365 cashier. Deposits are generally credited to your rk365 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rk365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, bonus wagering completion where applicable, and internal fraud screening. rk365 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. rk365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the rk365 cashier at the time of transaction.
• rk365 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• In the event that rk365 suspects a player of using the platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities and account balances may be frozen pending investigation.
• rk365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or factors outside of rk365's direct control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

rk365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

General bonus conditions that apply across all rk365 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed the account verification process.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• rk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonus funds already credited and subject to active wagering by the player.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation, will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• Free spins and other non-monetary bonus awards are subject to the same general conditions as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on rk365 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to each market or game type. By placing a bet or commencing a game session, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: rk365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Palpable Errors: Any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to system error, data feed failure, or human error — may be voided by rk365. Settlement at erroneous odds will not be honoured.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game or system malfunction during a casino game session, the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned to the player. rk365 is not liable for winnings generated during a malfunction.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Any participation in collusion, match fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with bets placed on rk365 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
• Cricket & PSL Betting: Specific market rules apply to cricket betting, including PSL, Test, and T20 international markets. Markets will be settled in accordance with the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body. Amended or revised results issued after initial settlement may be used to re-settle markets at rk365's discretion.

07 Responsible Gaming

rk365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously as both a licence condition and a genuine duty of care to its players. • Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from within their rk365 account settings at any time.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting rk365 support or using the self-exclusion tool available in account settings.
• rk365 will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded or who have opted out of marketing.
• rk365 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players where such signs are observed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk365 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on rk365.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other software to interact with the platform in an automated fashion without prior written consent from rk365.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties in connection with games or bets on rk365.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to rk365 immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use rk365 for any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rk365 staff or other players in any manner.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit and verifiable consent.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the rk365 platform — including but not limited to the rk365 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of rk365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rk365 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any rk365 content without prior written consent from rk365.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rk365 platform, even if rk365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, rk365 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond rk365's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where rk365 has acted in good faith in relying on such data.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rk365's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

rk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where rk365 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to rk365.

In the event of account closure for cause, rk365 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not related to fraud or breach of Terms, rk365 will return the verified remaining account balance to the player via their registered payment method after completing any required verification procedures.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting rk365 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk365 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rk365's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the relevant licensing authority.

rk365 operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint regarding the platform or the settlement of a bet or game, you should contact rk365 support in the first instance. rk365 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt of the complaint, though more complex matters may take longer.

Players in Pakistan may submit formal complaints in either English or Urdu. rk365 support handles correspondence in both languages.

13 Changes to These Terms

rk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rk365 will provide notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the rk365 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact rk365 support to initiate account closure.
